Hélène Hamilton - Executive Coach
Expert in HR, specializing in helping leaders overcome resistance to change, Hélène devotes her practice to developing healthy leaders and workplaces. She is currently very active with leaders and politicians of French-speaking and bilingual municipalities.
Hélène has more than 30 years of experience in the health administration sector, including 15 years in a senior executive role at Hôpital Montfort in Ottawa. She was vice-president of HR when the institution was going through the most destabilizing crisis in its history, coupled with the most significant pan-Canadian shortage of nurses that prevailed during this period. Her background allows her to quickly understand the context of large organizations and support leaders in navigating uncertainty and increasingly complex challenges.
In 2017, Hélène founded Hamilton Leadership 360, which works with various coaches to maximize the impact of the client's coaching experience.
Clients particularly appreciate her leadership experience, strategic and pragmatic thinking, and ability to bring out creative and innovative solutions. In 2017, she published her first book entitled Le secret le mieux gardé pour avoir du personnel engagé.
